MASELLI against Italy

To follow is the third update of the situation which I see myself forced to face as a consequence of the severity of the latest abuse time wise which Italian authorities have committed against me and, this time, not only.
From the moment in which I continued to suffer widespread abuse instigated by individuals for the purpose as per the terms in my previous complaints and which to date (almost three years from the beginning of the scandalous persecution) apparently no one intends to “speak” about or relative which to at least re-establish legality, at the beginning August I decided to send a letter via email to each of the European Parliament members (Italians excluded) and I regulated the mail client indications in such a way as to request confirmation that the letters were received.
Then, upon examination of the messages of confirmation requested, it appeared clear that no letter reached its destination but that in fact they were cancelled from the mailboxes of each of the addressees.
The emails were in fact sent in the arch of a few hours on the same day but:
1) They were all cancelled without being read by means of an automatic command and not manually by responding “NO” to the question the mail server asks the user when the message is opened;
2) All of the messages of ‘cancellation without being read’ returned (and continue to return) in groups of 5, 10 at times all at the same time of every night attesting to cancellations taking place in an arch of time never superior to 10 minutes and often only a few seconds or even one.
I honestly believe it is impossible that 5, 10 European parliament members can launch email software in the middle of the night and decide to cancel my letter all without reading it and in the arch of a few seconds. Therefore, I believe, that this indisputably demonstrates how the Italians have forced the computer system of the European Parliament - which is an international organization in foreign territory, and have cancelled the mail pertaining to the members of this organisation. In any case at least as a result preventing a European citizen, which I am, from communicating with the members of the European Parliament itself and obstructing the same from the right to receive correspondence addressed to them.
This point reached I only add what returned to me via email organized by days; exactly six (6) chosen in an almost casual manner. Naturally the original files are available and archived.
