As incredible as It can be for those not knowing Italians, I'm a 45 years old man persecuted for reasons of religious and pseudo-political order since almost 5 years ago; when the European Commission transform the compliant of mine N. 4014/2003 in a proceeding of infraction Vs Italy which confirm the illicit habit of Italian politicians to buy votes financing dozens of associations with European funds they weren't entitled to receive through exclusivity agreements with the Public Entities violating national laws and communitarian treaties requiring the letters to leverage on Contest Contract to accomplish their needs.
My compliant is only about the Regione Liguria which act as if a joint stock company was a Public Entity to grant It the monopoly in the provision of the services It offers on the market place while paying for them with the EU funds and is motivated by the sudden negotiation's interruption between me and the Regione Liguria to whom I was expressly "recommended" by Mons. Molinari (in charge of the genovese catholic curia for all the work social related issues) to place a multimedia title about the Genoa's capital of the culture nomination that this Pubblic Entity sponsors. Interruption justified with the mentioned monopoly which is clearly false since a few weeks later I'm engaged in a bar by a man called Enrico Sanna that tells me: "We are the ones boycotting you" and "it's better to do something for others than (just) for yourself".
I interpret the sentence as a blackmail filling a compliant for the violation of the art 610cp of the Italian law to the local court but the public prosecutor, Dott Terrile, quickly archives the file saying how it did not infringe any the law. Neither it will turn of any use representing the complaint to the Carabinieri (military police) of Genoa-Portoria integrated with the information meanwhile gathered about the blackmailer because when the officer already had a photocopy with the denounce to sign, a colleague intervened whispering something to him before telling me how the complaint could not be accepted for a reason which I have forgotten but surely used as an excuse.
I try all the same to obtain confirmation of the official reason for the refusal of my work by making a plea to the Civil Defender for being able to gain access to the expense provisions of the Regional executive board which refused to me the authorization and seeing (A) whether a comparable work to mine had effectively been commissioned to Datasiel SPA and (B) if yes at what price, but the request was immediately archived
Datasiel works for the Minister of Defense and the intervention creates problems also for other companies of the technological district up to the bankruptcy of Elsag caused - by admission of the same administrator Dr. Cuneo, because of the collaboration's ending with Datasiel, but the true difficulties depend by the fact that part of the European funds assigned to Datasiel is actually diverted in favor of some "Carabinieri" for financing illegal operations in Africa trough the company's false accounting and the fraudulent KPGM certifications. It's not a case if a certain Cesare Castelbarco, a man so near to the military to have given them a villa in gratuitous bailment and participating in Datasiel with many titles, resigned all of those titles, together with the president of Regione Liguria Sandro Biasotti, shortly after the transformations caused to Datasiel by the European action.
Surely a fair amount of European funds ends in the availability of many catholic missions in Africa, like those of the Franciscans but three other orders of serious problems arise.
The first one derives from the Maastricht treaty that provides how the financing attributed illicitly is not only to be suspended but also returned and in fact the European Commission asks DGREGIO to investigate at the DOCUP of the Region of Liguria on the eventual attribution to Datasiel of money coming from Union funds but the latter does not replay because: (A) there are at least three interregional projects headed by Datasiel and completely financed with INTERREG and PIC fund (B) Italian politicians have the questionable habit of establishing companies owned partly by public entities (often the same they administer) and partly by themselves, their relatives and friends; companies they make equal to those public entities to grants for profits by the attribution of an illicit monopoly financed with European funds (C) the Italian associations often presenting projects they never develop just to get the money are then of thousands.
The second order of problems derives by the fact that one of these organizations (probably the "ACLI" Catholic Laborers Patronage) it is discovered to steal public money having declared me a schizophrenic man so dangerous for the community to be shadowed 24 a day on the base of a well-done woman delirant accusations claiming to have been put pregnant by me and then abandoned. To receive the money the association members have had to sign a false declaration while the organization would have boycotted all my professional attempts to maintain the profitable situation. Furthermore it is discovered how another Catholic Institution (probably the Franciscans of St. Francesco da Paola) had took advantage of all this stealing a huge liberality someone made to me in the 90s at a juridic condition like the marriage or the fatherhood between myself and a certain woman without any trial, any court judgment and - most of all, without saying a word to anyone...
This woman, possibly the same general manager of the organization of social assistance and temporary work we're talking about, is thus in the less than enviable situation of dueing explanation to the Italian Government comprehensibly interested in the figure of the compliant to the EU Commission's author but Italy is the well known doom of the Mafia and this would suffice to foresee the reaction I was going to endure.
As first move (A) the archbishop Tarcisio Bertone ask the Pope Karol Wojtyla for help which during one of the 2004 "angelus" weekly time says how I was the Satan reincarnation (...) thesis developed by his successor Josef Ratzinger by a long series of defamations the Vatican Television broadcasted in 2005. Then (B) the local politicians of the catholic area activates to ask their most illustrious fellas in Rome for some help (C) followed by all the others and naturally (D) Mr. Silvio Berlusconi that - maybe for excessively trusting in the local politicians, maybe of self-consideration and classism, must interpret the legality instances of mine as an attempt to directly attack him personally, thus dragging himself and the whole nation into the most ridiculous situation.
1) From the Spring to the Autumn of 2004 it had me shadowed during the longs trips by bus daily made by a limited number of subjects starting whistling little by little every time a woman approaches me acting as she was waiting for me to confirm her sexual expectations; then initiating a miserable campaign of corruption of the poorest and most uneducated persons found in the outskirt of the town where I live in order to gather those false testifying that, strange but true, they forgot to pick up at the time of the theft. In the end I get continuously involved in situations of mad men introduced to me by a couple of not less disturbed subjects known years before: Massimo Liguori, who cohabit with an Ukrainian girl (Irina, persuaded to marry a mad man called Marcello Ratto to have the Italian citizenship) and Franco Rondanina.
It's in this delirant situation that the already mentioned woman decides to prove the veridicity of the allegations against me launching the most absurd bet ever offering much of her possessions as a prize but tying to her destiny all the poor assisted people of the leaded organization.
She does this (1) within a German TV Show like "Wetten das ...?" or (2) during a football match between the Genoa FC and the Sampdoria or Juventus one juridically engaging the Genoa Football Club perhaps via Eurobet Uk: one of the Two team's main sponsors.
Bet of which I don't know the term at all but from what It seems to happen around me It could be *again* about I get married/engaged in some way. Yes tragicomic but don't forget how Italy's a Banana Republic.
Obviously nothing happens. Sure, if I had a good income, a family, He probably (I say probably) could even blackmailed me but the originality of the situation asks for an original solution as well ad Mr. Berlusconi thinks to find it using the televisions in at least a privatistic way.
2) He tells or report a gigantic lie accusing me to be a terrorist, a communist spy up to involving the Americans who wastefully trusting Italians stupidity one more, provide 'em financing and technology on the base of a totally misinterpreted phone call.
3) He promulgates an unconstitutional, not published but still effective, law that even violating 13 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights considers the problem raised by the European Community trial of infraction a matter of "national interest" and erase my civil rights probably with the establishment of a period of prison to dissuade people from saying a word to me about what was going on. Look particularly at the first part, first title of the Italian constitution. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights offended articles are: 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 16c2, 17, 18, 19, 23c1, 26c2, 29c2, 30.
4) He calls the anti-terrorism task force of the Italian army from Caserta where it's based. I reckon this may appear a joke but it couldn't really be such a thing at all! Practically one of those man is placed back to me in the library where I go every given day for no less then a month or two at the beginning of 2005.
5) A delirious TV spot is also produced with some images of mine (and some others of fiction and/or digital compositing) mixed to make the hole world erroneously thinking How I was a mental disturbed subject and urgent to block me before I make a massacre of women and children. Video broadcast by a Mediaset Premium channel for more than an half a year during Italian and international football matches like the last edition of the German World Champion Cup.
6) He takes advantage of the owned televisions by (A) forcing "Striscia la Notizia" to broadcast me a great number of times under the section "I Nuovi Mostri (The New Monsters)" without neither being told of what's happening nor asked for the necessary authorization and (B) persuading Maurizio Costanzo, who certainly does not make Berlusconi to beg for this; as well as the public RAI where he (C) leverages on the characterial servilism of the journalist Bruno Vespa.
(A) "Striscia la Notizia" send the reporter Jimmy Ghione to visit a community of handicapped people and in the small village where I live to interview some poor and ignorants men previously persuaded to the opportunity of testifying in a consistent manner if eventually asked for; then:
(A1) In case the bet is made in Italy they execute the commands and in a few days transform the "Number One" pub where I go everyday for a drink into a TV set for a woman called Claudia (possibly a police officer especially trained in self-defense) to act as a girl explicitly interested in myself with the mission to demonstrate what a monster I was (B) In case the bet is made during the German show "Wetten Das...?" the set up is certainly due to the ZDF staff.
(A2) Maurizio Costanzo will moderate for years (B1) a show on the Mediaset Premium channel Berlusconi in favor of thieves and liars for persecuting me by pushing people to the harassment wherever I went (channel never received because the outskirt where I live isn't covered by the signal) and then (B2) a further talk show called "Stella" on the Sky channel 109 which suddenly terminates a couple of days after the activation of my Sky subscription without any comments by the media journalists and out of any known seasonal turnover.
(A3) Bruno Vespa sets up a live broadcast violating my privacy during a moment of self-erotism by the use of an infrared camera I wasn't surprise to know mounted on a US satellite.
To push ordinary people aggressing me the bet jackpot would suffice, especially if combined with the illusion to defend weak people and the Church, but the fear of who organized the lynching of having to face the consequences of their actions makes Mr. Berlusconi to decide for a delirant strategy going from the forced administration of hallucinogen substances in the alcoholic beverages at the bar to the disposition of out and out staging such as buses blocked at the end of the line or trains at the station. In 2005 several small monthly payments my father sent to me from the Florida disappeared and without any collation in the bank movements on the other side. Several registered letters towards Italy or send abroad, the United States included, also disappeared or returned tampered with.
Then, when on May 18th of 2005 I went to the professor of psychiatry Romolo Rossi for a good health certificate upon which I thought of founding my revenge before becoming aware of the bad faith of Italian institutions - magistrature in primis, he did probably what he had to or was worthwhile for him to do by sending me to Bologna, to his “trusted friend” Vittorio Volterra who, after just 20 minutes of taped interview - in which I told him in detail what I was victim to every day, He tried to seriously injure my life by the prescription of the daily usage of Haldol, Zyprexa and Disipal: pharmaceuticals utilized for the most serious forms of hallucinations, schizophrenia and morbid of Parkinson’s which when taken by healthy persons they make states of dissociations to appear rather than be sedated.
The assassin says: "Get in touch in a month but I recommend that, should you not reach me, you continue absolutely to take the medicine". Medicines which he tries to make me believe simple energizers: "Rather than a certificate of good health I would think of something energizing which helps you to support the aggression in await that justice take its course".
Given the plan is to make me react in order to dispose a recovery or put me under arrest (and safely finish the job) the most obtuse and corrupted among Italian "scientists" from the Maurizio Costanzo's TV drawing-rooms struggle to explain the people how to assault me and what to answer in case of engagement; that every harassment must (and can be easily) denied because it's anyway impossible to demonstrate the wiliness. Otherwise I must be provoked by sentences like "you're mad because you're reacting to nothing" (if this is nothing) or "you have problems with certain stimulations" for a reason different from the only reasonable one: the intentionality consciousness that make every stimulations unacceptable per se.
Francesco Rutelli, for example, says to call the ambulance in case I insisted asking for explanations, while Gianfranco Fini is possibly more ridiculous suggesting for me the chemical castration!
In the spring of 2005, I was distrustful of the Fascino SRL of Maurizio Costanzo and he himself continued to offend my person but the formal act is ignored and I'm informed how the responsibility in this particular case weighed on Mediaset who purchases and transmits the programs produced by them. I therefore ask for clarifications from the company of Cologno Monzese by means of several letters and faxes with the sole result to be told that, given the too generic nature of my request, it's impossible to trace the recordings of the shows (in course!) which testify to the crimes. And yes they take care not to speak even those from “Striscia la Notizia“ - appealed to many times.
Rather, in January of 2006, the legal studio Gulotta, Varischi, Pino sent me a warning not to contact any more the company represented by them because it had no obligation to furnish me with the RVM and my pretence to the acknowledgement of the constitutional right to know what was claimed to me (to view the acts regarding me) to defend myself in a public proceeding guaranteed by three degrees of justice, considered behavior which borders on harassment.
Some months later It ends the TV challenge that would have made me a rich man if the President of the CARIGE didn't agreed with the Italian Prodi's government to rob the second payment tranche and giving the money again to the catholic Church (maybe to the above mentioned Franciscans Institution) without saying to me a word; the first one was already stolen by him with the authorization of the Berlusconi's cabinet one year before. Moreover not even stopping Maurizio Costanzo from mistifying the reality and defaming myself by the use of more than one from his television talk-shows with the illusion to legitimate the theft. Something not even a beast could do.
To cheat the international community waiting for an definitive explanation, the Italians brigade is now acting as if they were struggling for finding the best way to refund me for the endured theft: someone says to be going to give me 500.000 Euro (what's?), someone else to hire me as a reporter for the satiric TV show "Striscia la Notizia". Mr. Berlusconi even also to pay me like a football player but the target is different and in fact as of this writing I still haven't seen a singe cent of Euro: They want me to marry the woman whose mid 90s lies started all this nightmare because her family is available - but under this condition only, to refund for the debt of the above mentioned catholic association.
A woman already married at the time of the money robbery who, engaged by the consequences of the complain I made in 2003 before the European Commission, initially defends her lobbies interest justifying all the lies with the accusation to have been put pregnant by me and abandoned for 10 years; then - thanks God, she confesses the usual Italian story of exploitation of immigrants left with no social security and pension contributions; false disability pensions, European financing diverted to foreign bank accounts and money laundering. Finally also running away with her own boat on a south pacific island where she gives birth to a child maybe called Chiara and conceived during a sex-orgy among drunk or drugged gent's. Reason for which it's not even possible to determine the father's identity.
I'm sure how all of you could understand me when I say that this makes impossible to accept an already questionable solution that, by the way, nobody has yet shown the cheek to advance despite the dozen of 20 years old girls expressing before the TV cameras their availability of accepting the prize established, probably by the same woman, for training me to the happy event and the one which has picked it up without doing the job: maybe Stella whose name is casually the same of that of the talk show Maurizio Costanzo has presented on the 109 sky's channel, or Anna those days working for the ice-cream shop "La Voglia Matta" with her brother Enrico . A joke even forbidden by the Italian law 20/1958 n° 75 c4.
Starting on September 2006 the situation's freezes; I send a last warning to Maurizio Costanzo responsible also as owner of the Production company Fascino SRL - and once again without any reply. After that the roles flipped in the sense that I still asking for the respect of my constitutional granted civil rights in the country where Mafia is born and the conjure of silence is absolutely normal for everybody. Specifically where (1) non one Italian has yet opened his/her mouth (2) dozens of 20y old girls are still trying to steal me the bet's prix being on the game (3) not even one columnist has dropped down a line (4) not a lawer stopped acting as he/she didn't even understand what I'm going to say (5) none of the 1.000+ Italian parliament's members answered back the letter I've mailed to them (6) and the same goes for the Privacy Public Defender (7) none of the appealed judges stopped abusing the right to decide what is a crime and what it's not or, even worse, to commit the crime of false in public acts when considering "delirant" the real truth as described into the many rejected denunciations I filled out.
This while the organization that slandered, robbed and made me persecuted (1) continues using the board's controlled DVB-T channel at around 5 to 6am almost every day with the same purpose of 5 years ago and (2) establishing a comunity of a dozen of associates in the humble village where I live - one of them even at the first floor of the two my house is made of - "persuading" the shops owners all around this house to leave for putting the association members in their place so they can provoke and offend me even while they're at work, protected by the institutions of a Country that this would be enough to depict. Moreover I dislike to add how, having the international community wasted its precious confidence in favor of the Italian Institutions once again, it had caused the rejection of any kind of help I asked since the beginning of the persecution.
Particularly I've sent requests for help to the embassy of Great Britain, France, Germany, Holland Sweden and USA without literally any feedback (hopefully in appearance only). Applied for the political asylum in Canada without success; given an interview to the UK newspaper "Independent" where the hole part relative to the persecution I was (and still am) facing with has simply disappeared! Accused Italy in front of the European Court Of Human Rights that INCREDIBLY archived the file one year after the registration.
Not to say of the letter sent to every European parliament member that has been trashed by an automatic action, as you can clearly see reading this text, and twice to the sub commission of the European parliament for civil rights that rejected them every times by the decision of the Unité Sécurté. Contacted and kept posted the European Commission, the European Parliament - here the latest petition, the European Ombudsman, the European Fundamental Right Agency of Vienna and Amnesty International.
You don't believe me, do you? Well, follow me along this tightly chronological exposition of the reaction opposed by every level of the Italian Institutions against my main attempts of having justice and, at the end, I can grant you won't have any doubt any more.
2002
1) In September of 2002 a member of an non-profit associations which takes care of the disabled, person who lives in via Piana in Genoa Cornigliano and has a twin brother with mental problems and is often seen near the area of the parish of San Sisto in via Pré (I know the name because he acts sly telling different people his name is Adriano Melis as in the “It was Mattia Pascal” of Pirandello) he bothers me while I am having a coffee at the ex Bar Tubino in Via XX Settembre; he has the courage to tell me that all of my professional projects fail because *they* boycott them and when I warn him of my intention to take legal measures they dare me laughing and show me their forearm like trainers who invite a dog to bite… I present a statement from which the crime of Private Violence should have been clearly evinced but the Judge Terrile archived the file because, according to him, the fact did not consist in being a crime. I ask to talk with the General Prosecutor without any success and I ask to talk with the Civil Defender that reject my appeal.
Several months later I would have re-proposed it to the Carabinieri of Genoa-Portoria integrated with the information in the meantime obtained on the person of the blackmailer but with the photocopy of my competence already in the hands of the officer in charge, an official intervened - the one who loves depicting Native Americans with the aerograph, to advise me that the complaint could not be accepted because of weak reasons or anyway which I do not remember
2) A the end of the year I have no alternative but to bring the controversy to the attention of the European Commission.
2003
3) From January of 2003 until November the European Commission conducted the investigations regarding my complaint and begins a proceeding of infraction against the Italian government; then, starting from the spring of 2004, when the government of Rome promises to the commission the respect of the signed conventions by the Regione Liguria, to make the Commission archiving the file, the persecution of myself starts up
2004
4) In December 2004 shortly after the explosion of lynching against me consequent to the use of the television, I sent a letter to the superintendent of police of Genoa in which for the first time I denounced being a victim of the crimes mentioned. The letter was ignored.
2005
5) In march 2005 the Carabinieri of Genoa-Maddalena three times rejects the complaint presented to them on the facts under discussion (making however a photocopy) and forcing me to register it at the chancery of the Court. I suspected the very Latin complicity between the Church and the armed forces and therefore I went to the Curia asking for an appointment with the Cardinal Bertone without success; in exchange his secretary exaggerated in denying any kind of involvement of the cardinal but he kept the copy of the complaint. He says how the Catholic reality was very vast and impossible for the Church to be kept under control, as the case of Don di Noto demonstrates …

7) On April 22, 2005 the State Prosecutor asked for archival of the cited complaint sustaining that “from the preliminary investigations nothing emerged“. LOL.
8) On may 2005, a few days later, one of the lecturer of the Bologna state university, Vittorio Volterra, to whom I was addressed by his colleague and fried Romolo Rossi of Genoa for a certification of wellness, tries to kill me with the prescription of hallucinogens drugs typically used by those suffering the Parkinson's morbid or schizophrenics after a simple dialog non longer than 15 minutes when Vilttorio Volterra pretended to make me thinking the drugs were common energizers. Something every Italian judge will agree to ...
9) On 20 of the same month I mail the first inquire and invitation to stop defaming me to the TV anchorman Maurizio Costanzo. This letter, as well as two further ones sent to him on 25/1/2006 and 13/2/2006, will remain without any answer and the same sort happened to those addressed to the satiric TV news shows "Striscia la Notizia" on 2/13/2006 and 11/17/2006; to the program "Le Jene", to spokesman of RAI UNO "Beppe Nava" on 2/12/2006, to the presidency and administration of Mediaset whose offices will answer me by a false and intimidating letter of the Gulotta, Varischi & Pino associated lawyers studio on 3/17/2006.
10) In September of 2005 the Judge for Preliminary Investigations, Daloiso accomplish the desire of the Public Persecutor Scorza-Azzarà archiving the trial despite of my opposition act, thus violating the praxis which provides for the convocation of the parties and the Council: the Judge wrote “because anyway the facts claimed do not constitute any crime”.
2006
11) On January 2006, being impossible to be sure the frequencies used to defame and persecuting me for political and religious order reasons belonged only to the Mediaset group, I personally deliver a request of ceasing the mentioned activities to the direction of RAI Tv, la7 TV and to Alessandro Montone of Endemol.
12) In March 2006 I denounce at the court of Monza the legal representative of Mediaset for the crimes committed by means of one of the Mediaset Premium channels while the State Prosecutor while the PM Dr. Forieri of the Court of Monza askes for dismissal of my complaint a few weeks later because of clear of the same when it would be enough to follow through with my request to summon ex art 377 cpp Maurizio Costanzo, the journalist who conducts the entire series of television transmissions, to obtain all of the information necessary to ask for trial of the managing director of Mediaset s.p.a; or rather send an inspector to one of the many “environments” I indicate in the complaint but which evidently is of no use to him because he must be already aware of everything… The individual who probably doesn't yet know anything is instead the Judge for Preliminary Investigations and in fact:
a / The secretary of Dr. Antonella Nazzaro, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations to whom the complaint was assigned, told me on the telephone how the same did not uphold the request of the Public Prosecutor to whom the complaint was assigned and asked I imagine for some investigation from this last, but despite the fact that the Italian Penal Law Code in article 373 c5 asks that the results of the same - as much the previous ones as those following the request, be transcribed in an appropriate document kept at the secretary’s office of the PM and attached to the trial file once the case is closed, there is no trace of the results of the investigations conducted by the Public Prosecutor neither in file nor in the secretary’s office. The Penal Law Code in addition provides, in art. 408 cp, for transmission to the GIP of the documentation relative to the investigations ex 357, 373.
As hypothesized above the Public Prosecutor, already knowing everything, appears to have done nothing more than advise the GP of the opportunity not to proceed.
b / The GIP anyway scheduled a chambers hearing and ordered the summons of the parties which are the plaintiff, and defendant and the Public Prosecutor but the following July 19 at the hearing before the Judge only I and neither the PM nor the defendant or his legal counsel showed up. I do not have an attorney for the reasons indicated above and I asked the Judge to nominate one for me but the request was not even indicated in the minutes.
The Italian Penal Code allows for the absence of the defendant only if the same does not show for a reason considered legitimate and during the hearing the defendant’s attorney did not show and sent a fax in which he communicated his adhesion to a professional strike in course, even though he was working regularly in the Court of the nearby city of Milan, while the PM did not even justify himself and yet the Judge considered legitimate the absence of the attorney and did not even consider the absence of the Public Prosecutor; and therefore postponed the hearing for four months.
c / On November 8th in front of the GIP once again I am alone because neither the Public Prosecutor, nor the defendant and/or his attorney show up but the Judge Dr. Antonella Nazzaro, does not find this strange and rather waits 38 minutes for another fax from Fedele Confalonieri’s attorney in which he simply asks that the request of the PM for the file’s dismissal be upheld and 120 seconds after the arrival of the fax the Judge concludes the hearing. As much as this may seem unbelievable to someone who was not born and grew up in Italy this is enough to obtain dismissal.
d /Less than a week later the Judge in fact archived the suit issuing an ordinance which is technically null because without the reason which would have induced Dr. Nazzaro not to proceed. In addition the ordinance violates the law also in the premise, whereas it affirms how in the preliminary hearing the presence of the parties is not required. A judge cannot but know that article 401 of the civil code comma 1 necessarily provides for the presence of the parties and of the Public Prosecutor, rendering optional only the participation of the injured party‘s defense council, while 421 carries on to regulate in detail the dynamic of the debate.
13) In June of 2006 I denounced a serious fact of injury and aggression on part of a subject twice incarcerated who, if it was not enough, also spit in my face. I called the police forces who also drew up a report but the magistrate disposed for archival in only 6 days of time with the motivation that : “From the tale no facts which are criminally relevant emerge” while the verbal disappeared before reaching his office.
14) In September of 2006 I made a complaint against Berlusconi before the Court of Monza and against Costa to the attention of the Genoa's one, but in very few days both of the prosecutors’ offices declared the facts relative to the complaints without even criminal relevance archiving the respective file with my being able only to make objection.
15) In October 2006 I was attacked with kicks and slaps at a few meters from a patrol of 5 or 6 Carabinieri who when they finally turned around did not want to make a report or acknowledge the fact that I was bleeding from an ear, at the point of having to go to the emergency room and have a certificate issued. A few days later the magistrate archived the suit because not even kicking and slapping for him constituted a crime …
16) On November 17 I send a mail to almost 200 journalists among the most famous in the newspapers and TVs area; a letter telling them the incredible story of the trial against the president of Mediaset and the shameful, illegal agreement between the public prosecutor, the Judge for the preliminary inquires and the mediaset president's lawyer to archive the file, but none of them answered while some one even also trashed the mail without any reading!
2007
17) In February 2007, following the obstinacy with which the Head Procurator of the Republic in Genoa, Francesco Lalla, pretends not to know anything, he refuses to confer with me and rather he archives personally two of my complaints considering them as relative to facts not constituting any crimes (…) I write a complaint against him and another eight magistrates for the crimes of concurrence in serious injuries, abetment and association to commit crimes eventually of Mafioso kind. The director of the commissariat of Piazza Matteotti does not accept the complaint telling me to return the next day while indicating the name of a certain "Gulliver" (Rosario Monteleone) with whom it would be first better to speak.
So I must go once again to deliver the complaint directly to the Prosecutor’s office. This, being directly against members of the magistrcy, is transmitted to Turin for venue jurisdiction where in few months will be obviously archived.
18) The same month copies for information of the complaint to the Head Prosecutor of Genoa and either magistrates are sent to the Justice Minister, Clemente Mastella, and to the President of the Republic in the place of the President of the State body responsible for judicial appointments and regulations. 19) On march 16 2007 I ask to the general prosecutor of Milan the re-opening of the trial file against Fedele Confalonieri previously archived in the way we've already seen before by the judge for the preliminary inquiring, Dott.sa Nazzaro, in charge of the court of Monza but on July 11 2007 the instance is rejected.
20) On June 2007 I do the same with the public prosecutor office of Genoa going to the judge Lenuzza and literally putting maybe 200 pages of documents into his hands to ask the re-opening of the illegally archived file of my first made trial on 2005.
21) After having unusefully mailed to almost 400 lawyers the request for legal assistance, practically all the lawyers operating in Genoa without a single positive answer (to be more precise without to stop any of them to act as if they didn't realize what I'm telling them) I raised the question to the local attorneys council that answered to me by a one and one half letter of its president to specify how the council doesn't suggest any of its members name! So I rhetorically ask to the president, Stefano Savi, if he wanted to personally assist me but obviously he doesn't replay.
22) On November 20, 2007 I fill a suite against Saluzzo and Minucci of the Turin's Court for having they archived my trial about the general prosecutor in Genoa, Francesco Lalla, plus eight judges - some of whom from the Genoa and some other from the Monza's court, but all of them for omitting the obligatory act to persecute who was assaulting me and thus cooperate with them in severely injuring my person but the file, transmitted for competence to the court of Brescia is ... is anybody having any doubt? ... obviously archived
2008
22) Starting on January 2008 and every month I present exactly the same request to talk with the General Prosecutor just to see (and to let you do as well) if and when the Italians eventually accepted the idea to be responsible for the proper actions before the law. Here the requests mailed in 2006
23) On February 24, considering how 4 whole years have already passed since the beginning of the abuses on myself, I re-present the case before the court of Genoa to verify if the expiring of all the imaginable terms had some effects on the Italian magistracy's behavior (475/08) with the result that the public prosecutor, Anna Canepa, newly submits the file under the register 45 containing the facts not relative to any kind of penal violation, and on April 17 she archives everything.
However, to understand Italians it's necessary to carefully read all the documents folder, particularly where Mrs. Canepa considers (1) delirant the hypothesis that a TV Channel has defamed me for years, showing my face without any authorization and teaching to the people how to harass me every given day and (2) delirant the hypothesis that rejecting any victim's request for justice could be an omission of the judge obligation to proceed against all the illegalities he/she was aware.
Consequently, instead of conducting the necessary enquires, verifying at least one out of dozens of hypothesis formulated by me in the lawsuit, the public prosecutor Anna Canepa, asks for informations to the carabinieri's command in the village where I live that have the cheek to answer (1) how I should be under a psychiatric therapy and (2) there should be a curator called to administer every properties of mine (which I don't have any).
Naturally it's all false but also very interesting to find out how Italian institutions are prone to defame whoever citizens, when convenient, instead of protecting them by other ones defamation, claiming false things when I'd been fast and trivial to check out in advance to prove how these were with no foundation at all. This also legitimate serious doubts about the effort put by the public prosecutor Anna canepa reading my website content, since she says she has examined it! If she had really done what claimed she would have easily been able to correctly interpret the informations given away by the carabinieri of Campomorone and also better understand the words of my brother that, interviewed with a phone call, answered I would suffer some form of psychological conditioning because it's been 10 years now we don't have a talk. Honestly this would signify that he's also suffering the same kind of conditioning!
24) On April 9 I sue the Public Prosecutor of Brescia Mrs. Stilla for having archived the file Vs Saluzzo and Minucci with the same accusations brought against them.
25) On 21 of April, following the hypothesis of the bet/challenge won but never paid I mail a formal request for explanation to the British Gala Coral Eurobet; on May 2 to Silvio Berlusconi, on May 3 to the Italian AAMS (legal monopoly administration) chief executive, on May 20 to the German TV show "Wetten Das...?" and on 29 to the President of CARIGE bank:Giovanni Berneschi. We'll see if, when and what they're going to answer.
26) On May 15 I sue the Public Prosecutor Anna Canepa for the omission of the obligatory act of persecuting who is aggressing me and by protecting them, to cooperate in severely injuring my person. Within the same suit also the Carabiniere Roberto Rossi for having transmitted false information about me to the Public Prosecutor intentionally not verified to mislead the ordinary course of justice.
27) On May 24, 2008 the denunciation is inexplicably registered as a mere exposition of facts and ones again as not relative to any crime (1651/08/45). Morover by the Public Prosecutor of the Genoa "Cotugno" - despite the art. 11 c1 cpp, now substituted by the law 2/12/1998 n°420 established how any action vs a magistracy member might be processes in a court different from the one where the sued judge operates.
28) On June 19 I' am convened by the Carabinieri of Campomorone (the place where I live) who say that the above mentioned Brescia's Public Prosecutor commanded them to ask me the reasons of my complains against the judges of Monza I sued despite the lawsuite was already archived under the facts not being a crime of any kind files since three months. Exactly the same day someone is asking Italian Telecom to end my telephone connection ...
29) On July 2, without any warning, my telephone stops working, thus putting the ADSL out of order, my computers perfectly isolated and my emails account erased toghether with hundreds of virtuals relations.
Italian Telecom, questioned by me, (1) first answers that the reason for the service interruption is due to an unknown "Giuseppina Broccardo" who appears to have inherited the contract hold by my mother as the the consequence of my mother death, who is alive and well instead. (2) the day after that the problem has been caused by a digit error of one of their employees who would have input as much as two wrong numbers following the Giuseppina Broccardo's request to cease her contract and thus ending the contract of mine. Three days later (3) stating how the ADSL connection couldn't relinked in any case since the area where I live results to be uncovered to their information system; ridiculous (4) 15 days later that the area risults to be uncovered becouse the their local hardware is out of service.
Naturally (5) it's impossible to disconnect a phone line without any verification's procedure (6) their hardware works perfectly because one of my relatives, who lives a dozen of meters from myself and whose ADSL connection relay on the very same telecom station, does not suffers any problem accessing the Web through the Italian Telecom network (7) Giuseppina Broccardo, personally called by phone, said to have never request Telecom to cease her telephone contract ...
For this reason I'm forced to send to the Italian Telecom a formal request for explanations as well as a damage refund expectation of €2.000 and not only It don't answer but It even also send me the request to pay for the service reactivation!
30) On October 6, Telecom Italia newly interrupt the service ...
